About the Programme

The Retail Leaders Graduate Programme has been developed to produce strong leaders for our stores. You’ll work in and learn how to manage each of the departments within a Morrisons store, and after just 18 months you will be part of the senior management team in a store. During this time, we’ll provide management and leadership training and the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best in the industry. You’ll also build strong networks with other talented graduates from across the spectrum of our Leadership Programmes.

What we need from you

We're looking for people who have worked in a retail or customer service environment and have recently completed (or are about to complete) their degree. We’re not so focused on the type of qualification you have, but we're keen for you to have achieved, or be predicted, a degree with at least a 2:1 classification.

You also need to have exceptional people skills, with the ability to bring a team together and inspire them to do their best work. With a real passion for delivering excellence coupled with commercial savvy, your creativity and drive will fill us with the confidence that you’ll become one of our future leaders.
